Due to an AGLC system transition, the Liquor Sales Application (LSA) portal will be unavailable from midnight Thursday, August 6, 2026, to midnight Sunday, August 9, 2026. Sales submissions will not be accepted during this time. Transactions may resume as normal on Monday, August 10, 2026. Payments for those transactions will be processed on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, once the new system is live.

Report to the Canada Revenue Agency

As a liquor manufacturer, you are licensed under the federal Excise Act. Every reporting period, you must:

  1. File the necessary paperwork with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to ensure you comply with the Excise Act and have accounted for and paid your Excise Duties.
  2. Whenever you submit your Excise Duty Return to the CRA, retain the returns for review by AGLC and CRA upon request.
