Report monthly inventory to the AGLC

Tracking your inventory

All liquor manufacturers must track their inventory throughout the month.

To do this, you can use the AGLC's Inventory Reporting Template. You can add or delete columns as necessary from this template. You can also use another format if you prefer.

Track your inventory in packages and kegs, not litres or hectolitres.

Reporting requirements

By the 15th of every month, you must send your inventory report for the previous month to ExternalWarehouse@aglc.ca. Use the subject line “Inventory Reporting – Month & Year – Class E Licensee Name”.

Whenever you submit your Excise Duty Return to the Canada Revenue Agency, you must also send a copy to ExternalWarehouse@aglc.ca by the 15th of the following month. Use the subject line “Excise Duty Return – Reporting Period – Class E Licensee Name”.
